Privatbank Bellerive Ltd. has been formerly founded as Bank Lips in 1989. Since 1998 the state-guaranteed Graubündner Kantonalbank holds 60% of the shareholder’s equity of Bellerive. The remaining shares are placed with private investors from Switzerland. The bank is mainly focusing on asset management of High Net Worth Individuals.
